Clothing Recycling Program Terms & Policy

Our Clothing Recycling Program is designed to promote sustainable fashion and encourage environmental consciousness by giving your pre-loved clothing a new purpose. By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Clothing Condition Requirements

• All recycled clothing items must be clean and freshly washed. We accept items that are broken, torn, or damaged, but they must be free of stains, dirt, or unpleasant odors.

• Clothing that does not meet these hygiene standards will not be accepted into our recycling program.

2. Bag Weight Limit

• To ensure the safety of our team and smooth processing, each recycled bag must weigh no more than 10 pounds (Approx.5 kg).

• Any bag exceeding this weight limit may be refused or require repackaging into smaller, compliant bags.

3. Recycling Credit Policy

• For every accepted bag of recycled clothing, you will receive a $40 credit.

• This credit is valid for a single purchase and can be used to deduct $40 from one product only. The credit cannot be split across multiple items or combined with other discounts or promotions.

4. Additional Terms

• Recycling credits are non-transferable, have no cash value.

• We reserve the right to amend or discontinue the recycling program at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
